Engabu Za Tooro (Tooro Youth Platform for Action): Fort Portal - Uganda, Western Uganda, Uganda; Engabu Za Tooro (Tooro Youth Platform for Action) is a Not for Profit Non Governmental Organization based in Fort Portal Western Uganda. It was founded in 1996 by then university leavers from the area with a mission of Enhancing the Capacity of the Communities through Culture, Talents and Economic development . It is a membership organization and structured with a Patron, Annual General Meeting, Board of Directors, Management, talent clubs and a network of community based economic groups The organization is based on the theme of Culture and Development with major programme areas (Culture in Development, Talents Development, Women Empowerment programme and Entrepreneurship promotion Programme)
