Action principles

Action
We believe in a quick movement from thoughts, theories or words to action to operationalise our thinking. Our organization is a platform where we come to learn to perform and be action oriented.

Commitment and hard work
What we believe as true and desiring our intervention, we honestly dedicate our maximum spiritual and physical energies.

Determination
We are resolved in what we put our minds and our hands to do. Strategies can fail us but goals must be achieved.

Consistence
There must be connectedness between our beliefs and words and their inherent action across time and across circumstances. Changes in perspectives should only be a result of an integrated logical process.

Assertiveness
We build confidence in what we know, what we do and what we hope for. Standing by what we are convinced as right and good in the collective interests, we speak our mind powerfully, advanced our claim forcefully state our case convincingly and if need be even employ stubborn energies challenge abused power and to defend the interests of the disadvantaged.

Creativity
Always and in everything, we challenge our mind to bring forth something new from nothingness or added improvement on the existing creation. We believe the process of creation is never complete and human beings inherit creative mandate from nature. The ever-changing shape of the world is a product of the creative spirits in human beings.

Standing out
We must stand, shine and shout in the quality and quantity of what we do in comparison with the world around us. With all humility we should always be in the forefront, adequate enough to take the lead. With strong vision charism and readiness, we should be able to overcome human frailty, and live above normal weakness, taking the lead into the unusual.

Empowerment
Our attitudes, words and actions shall liberate the mind, generate energy for individuals and systems to achieve independence and realize their fullest potential. "Give some one a fish, he will eat for a day, teach him how to fish he will eat forever and enable others to eat forever". We always examine our thoughts, words and actions to ensure that they should not consciously or unconsciously enslave and disempowerment people and systems.

Culture and originality
We acknowledge culture as an instrument of confidence building, enhancing creativity and scientific thinking, and a mobilization power. We acknowledge and respect peoples' indigenous cultures. We shall tap the strength of diversity encourage intercultural exchange learning and forge common minimum program above cultural differences.

Openness and communications
Aware that the culture of silence and reserved ness in community has only encouraged suspicion, intrigue, rummongering and destructive talk, we shall encourage open discussions, dialogue and effective communication on matters of collective relevance at organizational and societal levels. We shall always build capacity of effective oral, written and action communications.
